Volume 4 of Journal of Positive Sexuality is now ready and available!

Our first issue of 2018 features three interesting articles. First we have a manuscript from the University of Western Australia that explores the potential for BDSM to instruct the law and others about consent. Next, we have two articles focusing on self-identified vampires. The first of these examines how some sexual vampires use BDSM as a component of their feedings. The other is a case study focusing a specific self-identified vampire and their experiences with disclosing their identity to a physician.

We would like to thank our 2018 co-sponsors:

National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF)

Community-Academic Consortium for Research on Alternative Sexualities (CARAS)

The Alternative Sexualities Health Research Alliance (TASHRA)

Center for Research on Gender and Sexuality, SFSU Summer Institute (CREGS)
